It's hard to write about one's self but I'll try. My name is Darrell Gallant and DepthWish.Com is where you can learn about me, my interests, and the projects I am involved in. This is also the place where I hope to not only showcase the various creative projects I'm involved in, but also document the creative and technical process involved in bringing these projects to life. My interests are varied but this site will focus on the musical and video projects I'm involved in.

I have been playing the guitar for more than 20 years and have been writing music and recording for more than ten years. My musical influences are pretty broad but I tend to like acoustic folk rock singer songwriter kinds of music. I love music with great vocal harmonies and interesting lyrics. I also have a strong appreciation for strong melodies and genuine emotion.
